Surely one of them will be able to function well at any given time despite the best efforts of Microsoft and Thomson ISI to mess things up! I was surprised at the lack of an importer for plain WoS records in Zotero though.</description>

		<description>Hi Dave, I&#039;m sorry your having a tough time. Microsoft&#039;s decision to stop supporting visual basic for the 2008 version of office on Macs was a really bad move. One which they now recognize as the next version of office for Macs will bring visual basic back in. Sadly this means that, as far as I understand, no bibliographic tool offers a plugin for word 2008. 

As for Web of Science, they are constantly tinkering with their interface. If you can post some searches that turn up pages that don&#039;t work for you in the Zotero forums there is a good chance that the devs can find a fix in short order.</description>
